Actually there's quite a bit of news. I put up fencing to create a pasture for the lady llamas. Once the fighting was over and they were in we bought a iddy-biddy goat to keep the male llama company. This teeny tiny goat scared the llama so bad he leapt the fence. <sigh>

So I built another pasture for the male llama. (It being far easier to move the llama from gate-to-gate  rather than across the open yard.)

Old News:

The sap ran. We started the tree tapping process on Sunday, March 5, and finally, Tue. March 7, we started boiling. (There's roughly 1 gal. of syrup per 50 gal. of sap.) [And mom, there are different grades of maple syrup, so if one is too strong you cam always try another.]

We got it! The offer was made on Wednesday, April 14 and accepted Thursday, April 15.

The inspection happened on Wednesday, April 21 at 10.30am. We're waiting for the report from that, after which the offer will be adjusted accordingly.

The closing will happen on Thursday, May 20th.
